  • The general terms and conditions that were included in the CSAF/eCSAF at the time the connection or SIM was activated and that PTA duly approved are in addition to those that are included here.
  • Jazz retains the right and discretion to decide the cost or rate of any offer, package, or bundle and to withdraw, alter, or revoke it at any time. Customers who will be impacted must receive prior notice as required by PTA regulations.
  • Offer The price or charges of each offer, package, or bundle shall be subject to all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of where in the nation the required offer, package, or the service is used, or the bundle is activated.
  • When multiple applications and/or websites are opened simultaneously, the charging system may reserve all of the available data volume in MBs of your package and begin charging at the base rate of your package. This is because the charging system allots a certain percentage of the available data volume in MBs of your package against opening/accessing each application/website on the device.

The customer is required to give the SIM back to PMCL if the service is discontinued, the contract is terminated, or the customer switches networks using MNP.
  • In 2021, the second of each month will be the new bill date for all postpaid subscribers. Customers will now receive a separate bill for any variations in execution month days as a result of this change. Min/MB charging is prorated based on the package.
